Was watching a movie called the best exotic marigold hotel which I about a bunch of old folks who live in a hotel for seniors in India...

An extremely heartwarming movie.. Which I'd want to watch with Big again... Kinda watched it because it was about India... And Big was getting teased the entire night by HF (the happy family) calling him ah-neh they even had an Indian birthday song for him which was hella funny.

I've been kinda skeptical about India for a long time, my Big has been telling me that he kinda misses India when he was there for work... Not sure why... But the movie kinda made me wana at least give India a try now...

Was hoping that the flight had wifi... So I could talk to Big... This 19 hrs is torturing of missing...

Big surprised me with it when he came to pick me up =) I was having quite a emo day... so Tupid really put a smile on my face, along with a pretty pink daisy =)

Lol after that it was all smiles :P hahaa

Big took me to a nice nostalgic place at Changi Village called The Coastal Settlement. They had some old cars like a Minor and a couple of beetles there. The food was decent... I think the starters were actually better than the mains..

We had Truffle Fries, Portabello Mushroom Fries, Wagyu Beef cubes, Macaroni with Triple cheese, Calamari. Those were all very good =) For my main I ordered a reuben sandwich and Big ordered a Wagyu Cheeseburger.. my sandwich was meh~~ but i thot his burger wasn't too bad...

Called it a night and went back =) I feel so blessed and loved that everything is going for the better!

and its just 3 more days before I fly back to Cali! YAY!!!! I'm going home soon!

Coffee and Tea

Ok I've officially moved into Hobo status, I've packed a bag and ran away from home lol

 

Spent the night at Big's place =) we made a Salad because I was feeling emo because some guy gave up his seat for me on the bus this morning... Big says its probably because of my Hobo bag I was carrying, but I just think he thought I was pregnant.... -_-" and Big said he'd eat Salad with me lol I gave him till 11pm to get hungry!

After dinner we chilled and I watched confessions of a shopaholic.. I think since I started working and I have more financial freedom now I've been going on spending impulses on my credit card...

Walked into H&M that day... Swiped... Swiped...

Surfed onto Abercrombie.com... Swiped ....

So I think I have to surrender my Credit Card to someone..

I asked Big if I should get the Google Nexus... he's like why? u have an iPad... but it's a GOOGLE NEXUS!!!.... but you have an iPad!!! DotZ he won that argument... for now... since it's still lingering at the back of my mind I still have time to buy it... hehhee

Anyways while watching he had Vietnamese Coffee and he made me Tea...

The Tea was really good so I asked where he got it from... and of course... it had to do with cars also so dot dot dotz :)

 

Busy with LIFE

It's been a busy past 2 weeks... but definitely an awesome past 2 weeks =)

Firstly it was Shanghai.. first time ever visiting this wonderful city.. it's so modern.. lol unlike what I imagined China to be... didn't get to be touristy much since it was a work trip, but I did manage to squeeze in a lil shopping on the last day cuz dad wanted some tea called "long jing cha" so had to go on the hunt for it... when i got there I found out the shop took credit card... since it was the only shopping I did I kinda went a little overboard at the Tea Shop... I should have gotten a VIP card from there already lol

Immediately after Shanghai it was F1 =) A friend and my sister got me tickets to the F1 lucky lucky =) Day 1 was just walking around and boy was it loud! I've never been to an F1 before... just F2... and the drift shows... thank god for ear plugs =) Day 2 was a little more fun cuz my friend had tickets to go into the Cricket Club... so we had a pretty decent view of the track, but the security was kind of a kill joy when they started chasing us away from a concrete slab that we were sitting on and wasn't bothering anyone. Day 3 was KATY PERRY day!!  Katy Perry Katy Perry! She's like my breakup gf  >.< I heart her... It's like I'm so glad she broke up with that annoying idiotic Russel Brand.. I don't even know what the hell was she thinking.. but yeap her next one will be 100x better ;) Just like mine ;) hehe

After the F1 it was a bz week again.... went out for dinner on Monday.... Tuesday was with the gaming peeps.... Wednesday I had to attend a Funeral... which was a sad day that someone so amazing was gone too soon... Thursday had an office dinner... and Friday was unintentional date night =) had yummy jap food I Like~~

Saturday was bzbz woke up early in the morning for my appointment at my Polyclinic at 9am...and as usual Polyclinic being Polyclinic took me like 3 half hours to get my stuff and my meds done... but my friend was really sweet, he knew I was waiting alone so he dropped by to accompany me, then we went to Clementi central, to have my favorite 1/2 roasted chicken rice.

Went to get my toiletries..... and to the library to get some travel guide books on Shanghai... since I think I'll be going there again. Had "Lunner" aka TEA with another friend... actually wanted to hit this Penang place at Fusionopolis... but they were closed.... for Lunner... darn its... so we ended up heading to Holland V and I had laksa and he had wanton meee~~

Got home tried to nap but couldn't... me and my friend had bought 4D haha and we bought the same numbers 2662 ibet and he bought 6262 ibet lol so I was waiting till 7pm to see if we touched 4D together haha.. but as usual kenna makan by Singapore pools.. then I couldn't nap liao so I decided to bake Brownies... and do Laundry.

OK i've never baked brownies so HUGE before so I overbaked them cuz the middle wasn't cooked... baked them so long, I didn't realise that the Brownies at the back of the pan was chao tar already... doh!! Oh wells.... didn't have time to mess around with it.. cuz had to prepare to go Zouk liao

My gf and her twin sister celebrated her birthday at Zouk and it was sooo cute =) Hello Kitty Themed hehee had lotsa fun just taking pictures and putting on fake tattoos of Hello Kitty.... Had to leave early though cuz Sunday I had another very long day~~~

Sunday morning started at 7am... 8:30 Church Service @ MBS... then 11am I reached my friend's place in Punggol for a steamboat gathering lunch.... then I was so dead tired I asked if I could crash out in his room... haha so I snored my butt off for like 3 hours and he said that he came into the room a couple of times to check on his phone and I didn't even notice >.< Faint I was out COLD. Got woken up by Thunder.. and what a day to have rain... we were to go to a car boot sale at Kallang Leisure...

Anyways we said our prayers kept our fingers crossed and headed to Kallang Leisure.. =) Thank God by God's grace Kallang's side never rain wor! Although it was a tad humid but no rain is a good thing! =)

Later the gang went back to his Punggol place and we had dindin... and we went to his carpark to play lantern... drink tea and eat mooncake Hahaha... it was funny to be at the carpark... lotsa fun though =)

Got home by around midnite... dead tired and just passed out to sleep :)

I booked and paid my tickets to LA today so I'm psyched psyched psyched!! Can't wait to go back home!!!! hehehe

An entire weekend out =) Just got back from church and today's sermon by the Pastor was anointing. Believing in the promises of God. His promises are sure, and he never fails, and his love is unceasing for me. Put my faith in God, Jesus the center of my life and let not my heart be troubled and let God work :)

This weekend started of with all smiles :)Franck had a crepe party at his place and the usual suspects were invited.. however this time his place wasn't as packed as CNY so there was ample space to sit and talk with old friends.. Oh and I drank Champange, you know how I normally don't drink, but just really felt like it and the Moscato was really good I think I'm gonna buy a bottle at Duty Free when I leave for Shanghai

And since it's been a really long time we went out clubbing together... not sure how it happened, but someone has a table at Velvet's 18th Anniversary, so the whole gang went down to Velvet and danced like nobody's watching. Haha!

But I do feel bad though 2 guys got punched that night.. cuz they tried to pull a sneaky sneaky on me but good thing for Bert and Elvis sure taught them a lesson :)

Got home tired but was fun :) Really happy and thank god for my bunch of friends and all the new friends made!

Saturday was guild outing day... we booked an entire row at the Grand Cathay and of course I insisted on sitting at my favorite row in the Theater :P we watched Resident Evil: Retribution. Movie was "meh~" but I was only watching it cuz it was Milla Jovovich :) Another one of my favs cuz of Fifth Element.

Sunday Church, laundry and my bags are packed I'm ready to go~~~ hehe!

Zoukout 2009

Had an AWESOME time this year at zoukout especially the ~awesome~ Seafood dinner at Shangri-la Sentosa Barnacles before heading there, I learnt from last year at zoukout not to drink so I won't get my alcohol headaches and can dance the whole night through

I was dancing to Mambo music.. I KNOW mee mambo? lol but it was very enjoyable... =) And really funny when they started playing "Nobody" by Wondergirls and you see these "mambo kings" know the moves to the song too... hella funny haha

Bumped into my sister's best friend's bf too... which I recognise because I'm a habitual facebook whore... and I felt the need to tell my sister so i busted out my Mobi to text my sister... and that was the LAST text message i sent on my C905 *Sobs*

Notti's 2007 Christmas List

LOL so I'm shameless I only post when I want something for Christmas, but this makes it easier for peepz to buy me pressiez its late yes with all the shipping but its ok.. I take post dated Christmas presents. =) I got most of the stuff I wanted last year just a couple of items that ARE STILL MISSING... hint hint.. so I carried them forward to this year still anticipating! Probably the best thing on last year's list that I got was my WII (add Mii!!) and also my little black coach hobo that I rarely use.. Anyhoos Thanks in advance and here goes!!!

1)	Air Tix to Florida / Paris / Dubai I don't really need a break haha but I do want to go somewhere far! This year I took many short trips mainly due to the FRIENDS getting married
2)	A midsized Pink Luggage I want/need a mid sized pink luggage for travel. The ones I have are black and they belong to my parents. I like colors! and its easier to identify them at the carousel.
3)	Black Nokia N95 8GB I've been shamelessly using the company's N95 for months now. Its about time I got my own.. and there really isn't any other phone out there that I like.. oh bother.
4)	Pink Nintendo DS Lite Cuz I have a Wii.. and I want to play Pokemon!! AND everybody I know seems to have a DS! I want the pink one.. hopefully the one with the sparklies but Swarovski hehe
5)	Lasik Surgery I've been wanting to do this because I'm practically blind without my contacts / glasses. And I look stoopid with glasses, unlike my sister. Some people just have the Sepctacooz face.
6)	Black Macbook Alot of peepz around me have gone MAC and has been asking me to try it. Because of the sexy black mac book that they have just launched I'm wiling to take a leap of faith.
7)	Hasbro's R2D2 This makes Hasbro R2D2 to shame! Nikko Electronics R2D2 has a built in projector, DVD player its doubly cute but probably doubly expensive, I'll still settle for the Hasbro one =D
8)	Ensemble, c'est tout DVD I want to watch this DVD! Cuz it has one of my favorite actresses.. Audrey Tautou
9)	Rolex Ladies Date(Mickey) Someone told me that Watches are a better investment than branded bags.. although I do like the Fuschia LV but haha money better Spent on a Rolex =D
10)	A Husky Puppy I WANT A DOGG!!!!!
